Urban micro-units

Urban micro-units

2415 Valdez

2415 Valdez is a residential project in downtown Oakland comprising 80 micro-units, 9 efficiency units and a small street-facing retail frontage suitable for a cafe. Each unit has its own restroom, with kitchenettes in the micro-units and full kitchens in the efficiencies. This urban-dwelling model features a large community space with a full kitchen and shared laundry on the ground floor, and two shared satellite kitchens on the upper levels. The roof features a large exterior patio deck with views to downtown and to the Oakland hills. Due to central locaiton and extensive bike storage, no car parking is created.
