38 Harriet Street SmartSpace

Located on an infill site in the SOMA neighborhood of San Francisco, this project consists of 23 micro-unit apartments built with prefabricated modular construction. A crane erected the building in four days. Each unit is smaller than 300 square feet yet provides generous space and storage for two. The Harriet Street façade is a wood resin rain screen, and the project amenities include a stylish courtyard with sustainable landscaping and extensive bicycle storage.
