The Intersection at 3800 San Pablo

This 105 unit mixed-use residential building sits atop a concrete podium with two-level parking garage. The five residential levels have 21 units per floor and are a mix of studios, one, two, three and four bedroom units. East and west facing units have private balconies, and residential open space is provided at both the podium and roof deck. The project, initially conceptualized by David Baker Architects, will also include the adaptive reuse of a former auto showroom to create 25,000 square feet for restaurants, retail and office space.
