Project Description:
This loft-style duplex provides housing along the mostly commercial International Boulevard corridor. The building’s angular geometry and modern materials introduce visual stimuli to this arterial thoroughfare in East Oakland. Landscape elements help to tie the existing structure to the new building through a bold color palette.
