The cornerstone of the planned MacArthur Transit Village, this six-level, 480 stall parking garage will replace the surface lot currently used by BART commuters. The site is immediately adjacent to a major freeway system interchange and creates a strong architectural statement in response to its urban surroundings. The project also includes 5,600 square feet of retail along West MacArthur Blvd.
