We’re thrilled to announce that the Hyatt Place Sonoma Wine Country has officially broken ground.

This project, led by our client,  Landmark Hotels Inc, brings a stunning new hotel to Sonoma County that captures the spirit of Wine Country in every detail. We are honored to be part of the talented team behind this vision, collaborating with NorCal Civil Engineering, Inc., DLR Group, and Pankow Builders.

The 165-unit hotel will offer stylish accommodations designed to cater to all guests, from business travelers to families, featuring scenic views, a rooftop bar, and a blend of local flavors and charm.
