Oakland has seen dozens of restaurants open in recent years, but it’s never had anything like Plank. The project is nearly 50,000 square feet and it’s a lot more than a restaurant. There are two bowling alleys, a game arcade, a big beer garden and a space for corporate events. Operator Trifecta Management Group’s timing was perfect, opening right into the upswing at Jack London Square.
