We’re excited to announce that earlier this month, a virtual groundbreaking took place for Parrott Street Apartments, our affordable housing project with Eden Housing and BBI Construction. Located across the street from the downtown San Leandro BART station, this project will add 62 new units of affordable housing to the East Bay.
