This 40,000 sf grocery store, located on a 2.28-acre site in Emeryville, features a new modern design for a national grocery retailer and will anchor the redevelopment of the Bay Street commercial mixed-use development. As part of the complex’s revitalization, a previously closed off private street will be converted into a pedestrian plaza, and the new Emeryville bike and pedestrian bridge will be integrated into the development. The open roof-top parking with approximately 140 parking spaces will be accessible via two ramps at the infill grocery store.
