Completed in 2016, this organic urban farm features gardens and educational space where community members can learn about growing their own food. It also features a farmers market to provide fresh produce for sale to local residents. In addition to the farm and gardens, the site includes a public park and plaza, event lawn space, and community playground.

The main building structures include office space and restrooms, and utilizes both covered and open-air farm stands adjacent to a hands-on educational demonstration zone.
