The Holloway Gilroy project is a 25,000 sf industrial building located on a 1.265 acre lot in the city of Gilroy, CA. The building is built-to-suit for AMPAM Parks Mechanical northern California hub. The program includes a warehouse for storage and assembly of Mechanical components prior to installations, 5,000 sf of industrial inspired office space, and 5,000 sf mezzanine for future expansion of the current office. The building will be of Type VB construction, site cast, and tilted concrete panels with a variety of architectural enhancements. The typical wall panels are to be enhanced with reveals, form liners, and a textured elastomeric, multicolored coating system. The building entry is also enhanced with tinted glazing in aluminum frames with a red metal panel fin/canopy. Targeted and set to exceed Cal Green standards, the project will include, water treatment, high performance roof, future solar, electrical vehicle parking, and low VOC materials throughout.
