Located at the gateway to the City of Emeryville, The Intersection is a new 7-story, 105-unit housing development situated over an existing car showroom and two-level parking garage. This urban-infill project sits along major transit and bicycle corridors, and is situated within a mile of the MacArthur BART station. 

Creating a dynamic mixed-use destination for people of all ages, the adaptive reuse of the existing car showroom will feature commercial spaces for small business retailers, a gallery to feature local artists, and a community room for building residents.

The Intersection’s unit mix includes studios through four-bedroom units, which are efficiently designed for younger and family renters seeking an apartment living experience with a strong sense of community and urban energy. In addition to the ground floor retail, building amenities include a new public open space, Adeline Street Plaza, and a demonstration rain garden. East and west facing units have private balconies, and additional residential open space is provided through a rooftop deck.
