UHM NOAA Graduate Facility
Honolulu, HI

The University of Hawai’i NOAA project will bring much needed family-oriented rental housing to graduate students, junior faculty, and affiliated members of the UH community. Rising 13 floors, each 15,795 sf residential floorplan is efficiently programmed with a unit mix of studios; one bedrooms; and two bedrooms and delivers 360 residential units in total. In addition to housing, this dynamic and integrated mixed-use development offers amenities designed around the health and wellness of its residences, including a childcare facility, activated retail corner, and programmed roof deck for an alternative place to study, socialize, and relax.
